What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations must occur at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation.

What information is needed prior to my scheduled consultation?

When completing an order form, it is the sole responsibility of the client to register using a valid email address and phone number and to provide requested document(s). Failure to provide accurate and timely information may result in delayed completion of service(s) and/or termination of service(s).

When should I receive my updated documents?

The turn around time for most services is 7 business days post consultation. Expedited services with a turn around time of 3-5 business days post consultation are available for an additional fee for most services. For Federal Resume expedition add-on service, ONLY the 5 business day option can be selected.
